Mangrove Tour by Boat

The Mangroves of Kilim river are part of Geopark Langkawi and in this environment you will encounter an amazing flora and fauna. Trees that have adapted to live in saltwater condition, limestone outcrops and interesting animals from mudskippers and crabs to otters and kingfishers can be found while through this area. 

The boat trip will cover a bigger area with more places to visit.

    I just wrote a long comment and it disappeared. So I'm trying again. This was a highlight of our Langkawi trip. Our guide, Hazril was very knowledgeable, empathic and entertaining! Plus his command of English is high above average. We especially enjoyed feeding the stingrays and swimming monkeys. Also all the little facts about ecosystem (how mangroves work, how little crabs live). If you just get a basic lunch package. Do pay more and get a bbq fish. It's worth it.
